How do I become Web-enabled?
To access your patient portal, give your email address to a team member of Sierra Family.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up your personal patient portal.
Review your visit summaries, current medications, upcoming appointments, lab results, educational materials and messages from the practice.
Update your personal information, such as phone number, address, and your preferred pharmacy.
Send a general message, request medication refills, and request a new appointment
