- Make a gift. You may send a check, give by credit card, or give cash at the front desk. A donation box
is provided on the registration desk for those who wish to give anonymously. Please make checks or money
money orders payable to SFMC, Inc. Thank you!
- SFMC, Inc. is a nonprofit community health center, gifts are tax-deductible.
- Give $1 or more, help thousands! As we expand our clinic to meet the growing medical and dental needs
of our community, we also want to increase the number of individuals who give gifts to our annual
appeals. If we can say to a potential granting agency that we have increased the number of patients and
friends who give, that can increase our chances for our next grant award! So, your gift actually counts
far beyond the actual dollar amount, even just a dollar! Your gift can make a big difference!

The Clinic's staff and board of directors want to ensure that all residents in our area, regardless of income, have access to healthcare. In this way, we are truly a community clinic, helping our neighbors for whom the long drive to town or the high cost of healthcare might prove to be daunting barriers to medical services. This aspect of our work is subsidized by federal, state and private grants, by donations from the community, and by our staff itself, who have chosen to help meet the health needs of a rural community rather than seek the higher salaries they might receive in a different setting.
